Terms & Conditions – Emma’s Gel Nails

At Emma’s Gel Nails, I am dedicated to delivering a premium, relaxing, and detail-focused experience in a calm home salon setting.

Please take a moment to review the following policies before booking.

Appointments
All services are offered strictly by appointment to ensure each client receives dedicated time and care. Please arrive promptly, as late arrivals may result in a reduced service or cancellation.

Minimum Age Requirement
Due to insurance policy, clients must be aged 16 or over to receive treatments. Proof of age may be requested where necessary.

Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final balance.
Full payment is required upon completion of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As such, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the booked service.

Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before any future bookings can be accepted. Failure to do so will result in refusal of further appointments.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than [10–15 minutes] late may have their appointment cancelled or adjusted. In such cases, cancellation charges may still apply.

Health & Suitability
Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
For the safety and wellbeing of all clients, I reserve the right to refuse treatment where there are signs of infection or any condition that may be unsuitable for nail services.

Repairs & Aftercare
Should you experience any issues with your nails, please make contact within 48 hours of your appointment. Where appropriate, a repair may be offered.
Due to the nature of the services, refunds are not provided once treatment has been completed.

Salon Environment
To maintain the calm, luxury atmosphere at Emma’s Gel Nails, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Personal Belongings
While every care is taken, Emma’s Gel Nails cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit.

Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at my discretion, particularly in cases of inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with these policies.

Agreement
By booking an appointment with Emma’s Gel Nails, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
